When you own a Great Dane, a Mastiff, a Saint Bernard, or a Newfoundland, you already know: standard pee pads are a joke. Even most "extra large" pads leave your giant breed hanging over the edge. The 37×54 XXXL is the pad built for the dogs everyone else forgot. At 1,998 square inches, it's the largest in our lineup and one of the largest disposable pads you can buy, with the coverage a truly big dog actually needs.

Capacity built for volume

Bigger dogs mean bigger accidents, and this pad is built for it. The 37×54 holds 8+ true US cups (1,896+ mL) of liquid. We measure in real 237 mL US cups and label honestly, unlike sellers who quietly count a "cup" as 100 mL to post a bigger number. We lab-test past our claim and label conservatively, because we'd rather you get more than we promised.

That capacity comes from a 6-layer core packed with 19 grams of premium Japanese super-absorbent polymer (SAP), the most of any pad in our family. SAP is the ingredient that turns liquid into gel and locks it down, so even a giant breed's accident stays contained and off your floor.

Stays flat under a big dog

A 150-pound dog circling and settling will move a pad that isn't anchored. The 37×54 has four-corner adhesive tabs and a non-slip backing that grip the floor and hold the pad flat. Sealed, leak-proof edges keep liquid on the pad and protect the hardwood, tile, or whelping-box floor underneath.

Made for the hardest jobs

Giant and extra-large breeds. Whelping boxes and new litters, where a single pad can line a large area. Senior giant-breed support and incontinence. Large crate and kennel floors. Big dogs go through pads faster, so we built this pack bigger, 50 pads instead of the 30 in our smaller sizes, so you're refilling less often and paying less per pad on the volume you'll actually use.
