We started with the big dog — the Bernese, the Lab, the senior shepherd who needs a reliable spot — and built a pad that actually covers the territory. At 36 inches square, it gives your dog 1,296 square inches to work with, so accidents land on the pad instead of your hardwood.

How much liquid the 36×36 really holds

Absorbency is where most listings start lying. You'll see "10 cups" or "12 cups" on pads that hold a fraction of that, because they quietly measure in tiny 100 mL pours instead of real cups. We measure in true US cups (237 mL each) and label honestly. The 36×36 holds 7+ true US cups (1,650+ mL). We've tested past that in the lab, but we label at 7 because we'd rather you get more than we promised than less.

That capacity comes from a 6-layer core with 12 grams of premium super-absorbent polymer (SAP) — the ingredient that turns liquid into gel and locks it down. More SAP means more lock-in, less tracking, and a drier surface for longer.

Stays flat, protects your floors

A pad that slides or bunches is a pad that fails. The 36×36 has four-corner adhesive tabs that hold it in place and a non-slip backing that grips the floor, so it stays put when your dog circles and settles. The sealed, leak-proof edges keep liquid on the pad and off the hardwood underneath.
