Effective Date: Applicable to all purchases made on or after February 1, 2026.

1. Warranty Coverage

Farmhouse Pet Supply, a division of North Lakes Consulting, LLC (“Company”), warrants to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) that the memory foam core (“Foam Core”) contained in the Farmhouse Pet Supply Orthopedic Dog Bed (“Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the original date of purchase (“Warranty Period”).

This warranty covers the Foam Core only. It does not extend to any other component of the Product, including but not limited to the removable cover, waterproof liner, anti-slip base, or zipper hardware.

2. What Is Covered

During the Warranty Period, the Company will replace the Product at no charge to the Purchaser if the Foam Core exhibits either of the following defects under normal residential use:

• Permanent Indentation: The Foam Core develops a visible, permanent body impression or indentation of 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) or greater, measured without any weight or load applied to the Product.
• Structural Failure: The Foam Core splits, cracks, or physically deteriorates under normal use conditions, excluding damage caused by external factors.

3. What Is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including gradual softening of the Foam Core that does not meet the 1.5-inch indentation threshold
• Damage caused by chewing, scratching, clawing, digging, or other pet-related destructive behavior
• Stains, odors, discoloration, or cosmetic changes to the Foam Core that do not affect structural performance
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or improper handling
• Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, moisture intrusion due to use without the waterproof liner, or chemical exposure (including but not limited to cleaning agents not recommended by the Company)
• The removable cover, waterproof liner, zipper, anti-slip base, or any component other than the Foam Core
• Products used in commercial settings, including but not limited to kennels, boarding facilities, veterinary clinics, grooming salons, shelters, or breeding operations
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or second-hand markets
• Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than the Company
• Normal pet hair accumulation, surface matting, or cosmetic changes to the cover

4. Warranty Conditions

This warranty is subject to the following conditions:

• The Product must have been purchased new from an authorized retailer (including Amazon.com).
• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Purchaser.
• The Product must have been used in a residential, non-commercial setting for personal pet use only.
• The Product must have been used on a flat surface or inside a standard dog crate as intended.
• The Purchaser must be located within the United States at the time of the warranty claim.

5. Remedy

If a valid warranty claim is submitted and approved during the Warranty Period, the Company will, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement Product of equal or comparable value at no charge to the Purchaser. The replacement Product will be shipped to the Purchaser’s address within the United States at the Company’s expense. The Company reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or greater quality and value if the original Product model has been discontinued.

The replacement Product is covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period only. The Warranty Period is not extended or restarted by the issuance of a replacement Product. The Warranty Period is always calculated from the original date of purchase of the first Product.

6. How to File a Warranty Claim

6.1 Initial Contact

To initiate a warranty claim, the Purchaser must email the Company at:

The initial claim email must include the following:

1. Purchaser’s full name and shipping address
2. Proof of purchase (Amazon order confirmation, receipt, or order number)
3. Date of original purchase
4. A clear description of the defect

6.2 Physical Inspection Requirement

Important: Farmhouse Pet Supply requires physical inspection of the Foam Core for all warranty claims. Due to the increasing prevalence of AI-generated and digitally manipulated imagery, the Company does not accept photographs or videos as evidence of product defects. This policy ensures every claim is evaluated fairly, accurately, and consistently for all customers.

Upon review of the initial claim, the Company will provide the Purchaser with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a shipping address. The Purchaser is responsible for shipping the Product (Foam Core only; the cover and liner may be retained by the Purchaser) to the Company at the Purchaser’s expense. The Product must be shipped within thirty (30) days of receiving the RMA number. Claims without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

6.3 Inspection and Determination

Upon receipt of the returned Product, the Company will conduct a physical inspection of the Foam Core using the measurement method described in Section 7. The Company will notify the Purchaser of the warranty determination within ten (10) business days of receiving the Product.

6.4 If the Claim Is Approved

If the warranty claim is approved:

• The Company will ship a replacement Product to the Purchaser at no charge.
• The Company will dispose of the defective Foam Core at no charge to the Purchaser.
• The replacement Product is covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period. No new warranty period is created.

6.5 If the Claim Is Denied

If the warranty claim is denied, the Company will notify the Purchaser in writing with an explanation of the denial. The Purchaser may then choose one of the following options:

• Request that the Product be returned to the Purchaser at the Purchaser’s expense. The Purchaser must request return shipment within fifteen (15) days of the denial notification.
• Authorize the Company to dispose of the Product at no charge to the Purchaser.

If the Purchaser does not respond within fifteen (15) days of the denial notification, the Company reserves the right to dispose of the Product.

7. Measurement Method

The Company will use the following standardized method to evaluate Foam Core indentation:

5. All covers, liners, and accessories will be removed from the Foam Core.
6. The Foam Core will be placed on a flat, hard surface in a climate-controlled environment.
7. The Foam Core will rest without any weight or load for a minimum of 24 hours.
8. A rigid straightedge will be placed across the surface of the Foam Core, spanning the area of greatest indentation.
9. The depth of the gap between the straightedge and the Foam Core surface will be measured at the deepest point using a calibrated measuring instrument.
10. If the measurement is 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) or greater, the Foam Core qualifies for warranty replacement.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO THE REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 5. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO VETERINARY EXPENSES, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF USE, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.

The maximum aggregate liability of the Company under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product.

9. Disclaimer

THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY WITH RESPECT TO THE FOAM CORE. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, THE COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under this warranty shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.

11. Severability

If any provision of this warranty is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Consumer Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes any statutory rights that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
