Farmhouse Pet Supply, a brand of North Lakes Consulting, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices, delivery timeframes, and related terms.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, will be processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking is also available through your account portal.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Carriers

We ship via major carriers including UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The carrier used will depend on your location, package size, and shipping method selected.

Shipping Options

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout, including Standard, Expedited, and Overnight delivery where available. Delivery times are carrier-defined based on your shipping zone.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping unless otherwise indicated.
  • Orders Under $50: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Delivery Locations

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories. We also ship to PO Boxes.

Carriers and Delivery Times

International shipments are sent via major carriers based on the destination country. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination and will be provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

All international orders are processed as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included in your total at checkout. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Shipping Restrictions

Oversized Items

Certain oversized products, including our 54-inch heavy-duty dog crates, may have shipping restrictions or additional handling requirements. These items are subject to:

  • Restocking fees if returned
  • Buyer-paid return shipping costs

Any applicable restrictions or fees will be noted on the product page.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible at [email protected]. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempts, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost. If you would like the order reshipped, please contact us to arrange reshipment at your expense.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has shipped may not be possible and may incur additional fees.

Weekend and Holiday Shipping

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed the next business day.
