Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Farmhouse Pet Supply. We strive to make sure you and your pets are happy with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange something, here’s how it works:
1. Return & Exchange Window
- You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be in their original condition, with original packaging, tags, and any included accessories.
2. What Items Cannot Be Returned
- Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in their original packaging
- Custom orders, personalized items, or clearances (unless defective)
- Products that, for sanitary reasons, cannot legally be resold (if applicable in your product line)
3. Return Process
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number, item(s) you want to return, and the reason.
- We will send you return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) if approved.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (you’re responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective).
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of its approval or rejection.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Refunds will include the cost of the item(s) minus return shipping (unless the item was defective or shipped in error).
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it’s processed.
5. Exchanges
- If you want a different size, color, or variant, we treat that as a return + new order.
- If you indicate you want the same product, once the return is approved, we’ll ship the replacement (you may pay additional shipping if required).
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will arrange a return and either send a replacement or refund (including return shipping).
